Entrepreneurial and masterful, Lynn has a formidable business mind. Her undergraduate degree is in business administration, and she has both taught and practiced Business Law. A graduate of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, she was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1990. She joined the team at Zisser Frazier Family Law in 2017. Previously, Lynn served as an attorney for both the Florida Department of Children and Families and the Florida Guardian Ad Litem Program. She was also a member of the Northeast Florida Human Trafficking Task Force and was responsible for all Duval County sex abuse cases for 18 months. Her extensive experience in child custody and abuse proceedings always has been driven by a strong sense of what is right. For example, she achieved a groundbreaking verdict in an expedited termination of parental rights case brought by the Department of Children and Families, which turned on the testimony of medical experts.
Lynn has a passion for children’s and women’s issues. Lynn’s dedication to children and to minimizing conflict during a divorce cases led her to work for a time as a Certified Circuit Court Mediator for the Supreme Court of Florida. This same commitment compelled her to become formally trained in Collaborative Family Law, where her experience as a mediator is invaluable.
Lynn has achieved the Martindale-Hubbell® AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating, the highest peer review rating awarded for ethical standards and legal ability. Among her many affiliations, Lynn is a member of and maintains leadership roles in organizations such as the Jacksonville Bar Association, Jacksonville Beaches Bar Association, Jacksonville Women Lawyers Association and Catholic Lawyers Guild.
